On Thursday 8th May 2025, Mossbourne Fobbing Academy proudly marked the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) Day with a poignant ceremony led by our Combined Cadet Force (CCF) cadets and staff.

The event served as a powerful moment of reflection, bringing our school community together to honour the bravery, sacrifice, and unity of those who fought for peace and freedom during World War II.

In a moving tribute, our cadets stood with pride and dignity, representing the values of service, remembrance, and respect. Their presence underscored the importance of remembering the past and the responsibility we all share in preserving its legacy.

As we commemorated this historic milestone, we were reminded that the courage of those who gave so much must never be forgotten.
